All out staff wear a GPS tracking device. This device contains a sim card and it sends real time positioning information every 5 seconds.

We can see where all team members of our nationwide delivery staff are at any time. We use this position information to liaise with the Team Leader on the ground. Before each team leaves a map area, we can quickly check that all roads, estates etc have been covered. Any issues, we can deal with them straight away.

We have a team of Regional Supervisors whom randomly check the work of our nationwide teams.

We send you regular reports during your distribution and a final report on completion. The reports will tell you the start and finish dates, scheduled distribution dates etc.
